Mr. Bhatta has been working with PeaceWin Npeal since 2021 as Programme Filed Officer. Academically he is master in Arts and expertise in GBV, DRR and inclusion. Presently hs works in UNPFA 9th country programme as Municipal Officer in Belauri Municipality of Kanchanpur district.
